TU830V1 replace ABB Extended Module Termination Unit TU830

Recently, there are some clients inquiry the ABB 16 channel Extended module termination unit TU830 with the ordering number 3BSE008528R1. It has been replace by TU830V1, no longer for sale. The upgrade one is TU830V1. TU830V1 with the ordering number 3BSE013234R1, retains all the features of the old version TU830. TU830V1 compatible with the ABB S800 I/O module, such as Analog Input/Output module AI810, AI815, AI820, AI830, AI830A, AI835, AI835A, AI843, AI845, AO810, AO810V2, AO815, AO820, AO845, AO845A, Digital Input/Output module DI810, DI811, DI814, DI818, DI830, DI831, DI840, DI880, DI885, DO810, DO814, DO815, DO818, DO840, DO880, Incremental Pulse Counter Module DP820 and DP840.
TU830V1 has 3 rows of terminals. The maximum rated voltage is 50 V. It distributes the ModuleBus to the I/O module end to the next MTU. It also generates the correct address to the I/O module by shifting the outgoing position signals to the next MTU. Replacement notes: ▪ TU830V1 can not be replaced/repaired with power applied, the power must be switched off. ▪ Removing the TU830V1 unit will interrupt the ModuleBus communication line and cut off power supply to all subsequent MTU modules.
