World famours intergrated machinery protection, condition and performance monitoring brand Vibro upgrade the rack- based system from VM600 to VM600 Mk2.

The basic configuration of the machinery protection system including the following hardware:

Besides the front panel appearance and the ordering number, the outstanding features of Mk2 system are:
1. Integrated Protection and Monitoring
The MPC4 Mk2 and I/O modules integrate protection and condition monitoring, delivering combined capabilities while ensuring network security. The XMV16 module is no longer required for condition monitoring.
2. SIL 2 Compliant Design
The VM600Mk2 has obtained SIL 2 certification. There is a clear difference in the certification approach between the two generations. The original VM600 achieved SIL 2 certification based on years of field operation data, while the new MPC4Mk2 and RLC16Mk2 modules are built to comply with SIL 2 standards from the ground up.
3. Enhanced Relay Functions
RLC16Mk2 and MPC4Mk2 modules feature epoxy resin sealed relays for enhanced protection.
MPC4Mk2 has been upgraded from 4 to 5 relays, with the extra channel for module fault alerts.
All SPDT relays provide NO and NC contacts. Relay on/off status can be set through software, without using hardware jumpers.

VM600Mk2 maintains and extends the ease of use of the legacy VM600. There is no need for a separate XMV16 module when combining protection and condition monitoring.
The MPC4Mk2 features 5 relays, so most users can work without the external RLC16Mk2 relay module. Boasting just three module types, the system is streamlined and efficient.
